When I first heard about avocado smoothies, I thought it sounded flat-out weird. I was thinking how can an avocado be good in a smoothie?!! However, I love to try new things so I decided to give it a try anyway. A few minutes later I whipped up one of the most delicious smoothies I have ever had! My daughter and husband were also totally impressed!! It’s smooth, creamy, and tastes just like a milkshake (but much better for you!!) Don’t let the green color scare you, this avocado smoothie recipe is amazing!
Avocado Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 of Banana or 1 Small Banana
- 1/4 C Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Ice
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbl Honey
