Fresh Flowers: It’s crazy how something simple, such as a bouquet of flowers, can brighten up a room (and your day!!!!)

A few Things

Arugula: I’ve been obsessed, and I mean obsessed, with arugula for a few years now. Not sure why or where this obsession came from, but I can’t get over it! I love arugula in salad, on top of pizza, in soup, and sautéed.

A few Things One Piece Swimsuits: Finally they are making cute one pieces! My favorites are from Acacia (top) and Mikoh (bottom) swimwear!!

Maca Powder: Maca powder is another ancient superfood with many health benefits including increased energy. When I need a boost, I add a little maca powder to smoothies. Tip- If you are new to Maca, start using small amounts because the flavor can be overpowering for some people!

Randomness: Yeah, the above pic is super random, but let me explain!!!! I came downstairs one morning and almost tripped over on my daughter’s toy horse. Instead of getting annoyed and picking it up to put away, I took a minute to think about the imagination that took place when my daughter carefully placed her horse in the middle of the floor. Needless to say, that random thought put a smile on my face for the entire day and I left the horse there for a while longer.
